Swaima hills company selected the Dead Sea to be the site of its first Tourist project based on the characteristics of the Dead Sea in terms of strategic and touristic location, therapeutic area, moderate climate in winter, therefore, the company selected the land lot of the project at the Dead Sea, the land lot is 30 minutes away from Amman the
capital from the seventh circle, and 800 m from the Dead Sea shore and 70 m from the main street. With excellent overlook.
